Hello, I’m
Chelsea!
Hello, I’m Chelsea — mom to my sweet son, River, and the founder of The Play Society. As a parent, I quickly realized how hard it can be to find a place where kids can have fun and parents can feel truly welcome too. I wanted more than just another play area — I wanted a space where families could slow down, connect, and feel at home.
With my background in childcare and culinary arts, I combined my love for creating warm, welcoming experiences with my passion for building community. The Play Society is the result — a place where little ones can explore and make friends, while parents enjoy good food, good coffee, and good company. My hope is that it becomes a special spot for families to return to again and again.
